Covid has been a disaster and an opportunity at the same time. It had many lessons for us. The impetus to reset, rebuild with resilience is being added into the business models of various companies. Many summits, webinars and conferences were held online in 2020 and that has opened the floodgates to transparency in discussion and governance.
